Work with our MHPs to label symptoms, identify triggers, practice coping skills, and develop routines that make progress

Work with our MHPs to identify additional mental health services you can access to build your supportive mental health team
Sobriety
Work with our MHPs to process challenging experiences you’ve faced, create goals for your future, and prioritize maintaining your sobriety
Vocational
Work with our MHPs to find employment or identify and gain access to meaningful activities to make your days feel full and purposeful
Educational
Work with our MHPs to create and follow through on plans to gain your GED or pursue further education opportunities
Social Connections
Work with our MHPs to identify and participate in activities that will allow you to meet and build strong and healthy social connections with others
Personal Relationships
Work with our MHPs to navigate challenges that you experience in important relationships to build and keep positive relationships
Independent Living
Work with our MHPs to identify challenges that come with living independently and build routines to help
Medical Care
Work with our MHPs to identify medical providers who can work with you on an ongoing basis to treat your medical needs
Dental
Work with our MHPs to identify dental providers who can work with you on an ongoing basis to treat your dental needs
Financial
Work with our MHPs to develop your ability to manage your finances independently, request rep payee assistance, or apply for additional benefits you may qualify for
Housing
Work with our MHPs to research, apply to, contact, and follow up with housing resources and service providers
Transportation
Work with our MHPs to learn about local transportation options available to you and build your understanding and comfortability with using them
